Limited possibilities
Lenders will only allow you to borrow 85% or 90% of the value of the house if you have a residence permit with a temporary purpose.
Calculation example
If the value of the property is € 500,000, lenders will allow you to borrow 85% to 90% of this value, so € 425,000 tot € 450,000. This means that you will have to bring in € 50,000 to € 75,000 of your own savings to be able to buy the property.
